Production

Saumweber Puff Pastry Butter Plate is made from fresh branded butter or cream. Using our special manufacturing technique, the melting point can be individually adjusted. The Saumweber Puff Pastry Butter Plate – Organic is made exclusively from German Bioland organic sweet cream butter.

Application

Ideally suited for making puff pastry or Danish pastries, such as croissants, butter pastries, or croissants. With our Puff Pastry Butter Plate, it tastes wonderfully buttery. Perfect for fine butter pastries that meet the highest standards.

Benefits

The best processing temperature is between 4 and 8°C. Store the doughs cool for 10-15 minutes between turns. During processing, the fat and dough temperatures should be as identical as possible. Approximately 5-10 minutes for laminated yeast doughs and 20 minutes for puff pastries.
