Google Maps and reCAPTCHA
a) Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API, a map service of Google Inc (“Google”), to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website could be processed by Google for other purposes over which we have and can have no influence. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our website.
The Google privacy policy & additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
b) Google reCAPTCHA
In order to ensure sufficient data security when submitting forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service from Google Inc. in certain cases. This is primarily used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing. The service includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The deviating data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply here. Further information on the data protection guidelines of Google Inc. can be found at
http://www.google.de/intl/de/privacy oder https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/
Social Media Plug-ins
We use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google 1+ and LinkedIn on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in order to make our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by their respective providers. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
a) Facebook Social media plugins from Facebook are used on our website to make their use more personal. We use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button for this purpose. This is an offer from Facebook.
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser, which integrates it into the website.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and the needs-based design of Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate your use of our website with regard to the advertisements displayed to you on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook account, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the Data protection information (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/) of Facebook.
b) Twitter Plugins of the short message network of Twitter Inc (Twitter) are integrated on our website. You can recognize the Twitter plugins (tweet button) by the Twitter logo on our site. You can find an overview of tweet buttons here (https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons).
When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter “tweet button” while you are logged into your Twitter account, you can link the content of our pages to your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our website with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter.
If you do not want Twitter to be able to assign your visit to our pages, please log out of your Twitter user account.
Further information on this can be found in the privacy policy of Twitter ((https://twitter.com/privacy).
c) Google Plus Social plugins (“plugins”) from Google +1 are also used on our website. Google +1 is a social network. This is provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google +1 gives you the opportunity to publish personalized content on the Internet. However, Google will store information about the content that you have clicked on with +1. Google will also store information about your visit to the website that you have viewed. Your +1 clicks can and will generally be used in your +1 profile and in other Google services, e.g. in the search results of the Google search engine, or otherwise on pages on the Internet or Internet advertisements.
Google stores information about your activities on Google +1. To be able to use the +1 button, you must create a public profile and profile name on Google. Google +1 and all Google services will use your profile name. Your identity behind the profile can be disclosed to all those users who have knowledge of your e-mail address or have other information that can be used to identify you.
Google uses the information you provide in accordance with its own data protection regulations. Google also compiles statistics on Google +1 activities, which may be published and passed on to third parties.
If you do not want Google +1 to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Google +1 account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website.
Further information on this can be found in the Datenschutzerklärung (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de) of Google +1.
d) LinkedIn Our website also uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from LinkedIn, which is operated by LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”).
You can recognize the LinkedIn plugins by the corresponding logo or the “Recommend” button. Please note that the plugin establishes a connection between your internet browser and the LinkedIn server when you visit our website. LinkedIn is thus informed that our website has been visited with your IP address. If you click on the LinkedIn “Recommend button” and are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time, you have the option of linking content from our website to your LinkedIn profile page. In doing so, you enable LinkedIn to associate your visit to our website with you or your user account. You should be aware that we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or its use by LinkedIn.
If you do not want LinkedIn to assign the data collected via our website directly to your LinkedIn account, you must log out of LinkedIn before visiting our website.
