Production
Saumweber organic butterfat is pure organic milk fat, obtained from fresh organic cream or butter by separating water and milk protein. We use only the finest milk fat from controlled organic farming for Saumweber organic butterfat.
Application
Saumweber organic butterfat provides chocolate products with a particularly delicate melt and meets the highest demands of fine confectionery and pastry. Ideal for everything that should taste deliciously of butter: shortcrust and yeast doughs, puff pastry, Vienna dough, sand dough, streusel dough, butter stollen, and all other butter pastries. The recommended processing temperature is approximately 20°C.
Benefits
Due to the manufacturing process used, butterfat is lactose-free. Saumweber organic butterfat is available loose in 10 kg and in a 460 kg heated disposable container. Organic butterfat is also long-lasting without refrigeration and imparts a distinctive, noble butter taste to all products.
