Production

Coconut fat, also known as coconut oil, is extracted from the flesh of coconuts. Cuisine d’Or Coconut Fat is naturally lactose-free and therefore suitable for vegan cuisine. Cuisine d’Or Coconut Fat is particularly digestible as it is non-hydrogenated and contains many short- and medium-chain fatty acids. Cuisine d’Or Coconut Fat is characterized by its neutral taste, delicate melt, and versatile applications.

Application

Cuisine d’Or Coconut Fat is particularly well-suited for frying, baking, deep-frying, and fondue. The delicate melt also stands out when refining glazes and making ice cream confections.
