Production

Saumweber Clarified Butter is produced exclusively by gently melting pure butter – hence the name “clarified butter”. Saumweber Clarified Butter is pure milk fat, free from water, milk sugar, and milk protein. What remains is high-quality, natural clarified butter.

Application

The all-around genius clarified butter has long been known and appreciated as a universally applicable fat in traditional cooking as well as in professional kitchens (for frying, baking, cooking, and deep-frying).

Benefits

Saumweber Clarified Butter fully brings out the good taste of butter. It can be heated to high temperatures without splattering or smoking. In terms of usage, clarified butter is 20% more efficient than conventional butter and margarine. Additional advantages include lactose-free (lactose content below 0.1 g per 100 g) and long shelf life. Clarified butter is shelf-stable for up to a year without refrigeration.
