Application
Saumweber Finella Palm Free is versatile. It is highly suitable for lard pastries such as stretched pastries, apple fritters, and for frying pastries (Berliner, donuts, curd balls…). Furthermore, Finella Palm Free can also be used as fat addition for masses and yeast doughs.
