Production
SAUMWEBER "Organic Pure Butterfat" is a pure organic milk fat, made from fresh organic cream or organic butter, which is produced by separating water and milk protein. For SAUMWEBER "Organic Butter Pure Fat", we use only the best milk fat from controlled, organic farming.
Applications
SAUMWEBER "Organic Pure Butterfat" gives chocolate products a particularly delicate enamel and meets the highest demands of the fine confectionery and patisserie. Ideal for everything, which is supposed to taste deliciously like butter: shortcrust and yeast dough, brandy, wiener, sand dough, butter crumbles, butter stollen and all other butter pastries. The recommended Processing temperature is approx. 20 °C.
Advantages
By the used manufacturing process, clarified butter is lactose-free.
SAUMWEBER "Organic Pure Butterfat" is available in 10 kg and a 460 kg heatable disposable container. Organic butterfat can be kept for a long time without refrigeration and gives all products the unmistakable, noble butter taste.
