Finella Sandwich Cream is ready to use straight from the fridge, offering a fine buttery taste. It can be ideally refined with spices, herbs, and other ingredients to meet the highest taste standards.
Advantages
The natural emulsifier derived from sunflower does not need to be declared in the final product. Finella Sandwich Cream is the true clean label alternative to conventional spreads, providing a buttery taste and excellent spreadability directly from the fridge. It has a trans fatty acid content of less than 2%.
