Production
Saumweber Finella Gold is made from high-quality, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, refined with butterfat.
Application
Saumweber Finella Gold is the premium special fat for frying fried pastries such as Berliner, donuts, and stretched pastries. The recommended frying temperature is between 170 and 180 °C.
Advantages
Enhances good taste. Our premium frying fat can be used for a long time and has the same positive properties as peanut fat. Highly heat-resistant, low fat absorption, and therefore economical to use. Due to the use of non-hydrogenated fats, the trans fatty acid content is < 2%. Saumweber Finella Gold is our premium alternative to peanut fat.
