Production

SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter Plate" is made from fresh brand butter or cream. The melting point can be individually adjusted with the help of our special production technology. The SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter Plate" is also available in Organic Quality (Bioland).

Applications

Ideally suited for the production of puff pastries such as croissants, butter pastries or croissants. With SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter Plate" tastes really deliciously like butter. For fine butter pastries that meet the highest standards.

Advantages

The best processing temperature is between +4° C and +8° C. Between the tours, keep the doughs in a cool place for 10-15 minutes. For processing, the fat and dough temperature be as identical as possible. Approx. 5-10 minutes for toasted yeast doughs and 20 minutes for puff pastry.
