Production
Saumweber "Finella Gold" is made from high quality, unhardened vegetable oils and fats and is refined with butterfat.
Applications
Saumweber "Finella Gold" is the premium special fat for deep-frying boiled pastries such as doughnuts and Ausgezogenen. The recommended frying temperature is between 170°C and 180°C.
Advantages
Brings good taste to full effect. Our premium boiling fat can be used for a long time and has the same positive properties as peanut fat.
Highly heatable, low fat absorption and therefore economical in consumption. Through the use of unhardened fats, the trans fatty acid content is < 2%. Saumweber "Finella Gold" is our premium alternative to peanut fat.
