SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter Plate CL" is made from fresh branded butter or cream. The melting point can be individually adjusted with the help of our special production technology. Natural plant carotenes give the SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter Plate CL" its yellow colour. The "Touring Butter Plate CL" is produced without synthetic colouring agents.
Applications
Ideally suited for the production of puff pastries such as croissants, butter pastries or croissants. With SAUMWEBER "Touring Butter" it tastes really deliciously, like butter. For fine butter pastries that meet the highest standards.
Advantages
The best processing temperature is between +4° C and +8° C. Between the tours, store the doughs in a cool place for 10-15 minutes. For processing, the fat and dough temperature should be as identical as possible. Approx. 5-10 minutes for toasted yeast doughs and 20 minutes for puff pastry.
